can you suggest some fishing rods and reels for me?

I’m looking for some fishing rods and reels. i need an ultra light, medium and heavy rod and three reels to go with them. i would prefer bait casting or low profile bait casting reels and rods. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I’m willing to spend about 0 for each setup (rod/reel combo). and a suggestion of line to use for each. thank you.

ultralight:
**I think there are only spinning reels in the ultralight department
Reel: shimano sahara 750
rod: kencor or a fenwick eagle gt
Medium:
reel: shimano sahara 2500 (spinning), Bass Pro Shops has their own baitcasters for $50-70 (needs price check)
Rod: shimano converge, fenwick, ugly stick
Heavy:
for saltwater?
uglystick and Shakespeare reel?
You can get this set at Walmart for like $50-70
**I’m a freshwater person so I dont know a lit about heavy gear and saltwater fishing
